The lady at he airport rental in Baton Rouge was vwry helpful.Cons:

I used the airport code to find a car. Booked economy. Got to the airport to pick it up and they told me I booked it off site and that location was already closed. (Why would it let me book the car if I was booking when the location was closed?) So the airport said they could only get me a full size and I would have to pay for a full size. According to the employee, this happens to people a lot. Unacceptable. Not using Enterprise again. Haven't received email receipt.Avis

Cons:
You don’t find out everything you need to know until you pay for the car and they don’t tell you that they do a credit check. Also the service at the store was horrible, I noticed a lot of customers left unhappy.9,6 Wonderful

Pros:
The clean car itself. It looked and smelled new despite having higher miles than most rentals I've seen. It was also very comfortable. And the integrity. There were 3 scratches on the car that they caught and noted that before dropping the car off to me. I have been manipulated in this with others before.Cons:
The price. I know you can't avoid all taxes and fees, but $90 for driving 64 miles one way is a little high in my opinion.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
The location I rented from was terrible, there was only one person working so when I went to get the car I had to wait over 45 minutes. The location also closed earlier than the other Hertz locations in the city which meant that I couldn't pick my car up on the first day of my reservation.5,2 Fair
