The car was dirty (inside and out), the gas tank was empty, there was no windshield washer fluid. We upgraded to a mid-size car and they gave us a 3 door car?! The car was not there on time, so we had to wait. The man dropping the car off was not wearing a mask. I asked for a receipt multiple times and never received one. The facility had not shoveled and we had to drop the car off in an ice skating rink! I would not rent from here again.

Could not provide type of vehicle reserved. Vehicle sensors displayed incorrectly. Debit card policy buried in fine print Total inflexibility at location and from remote management. Necessitated return trip with credit card. Will never rent from Hertz again.

The reservation shouldn’t have gone through because the pick up time I requested was when the office closed. So I paid for an extra day without using the car at all.Making it clear that the office closed at 7pm

Good car (Kia) with full tank. Easy dropoff on SundayLocation is a bit far but cost was not low. Car was not cleaned outside/inside. Thin staff - had to wait a bit for my turn.

Nothing.Employees constantly leave prior to scheduled closing time. I was unable to get my rental car because even though I arrived prior to their stated closing time, the employees had already left for the day.

staff were friendly and prompt. nice car and convenient locationI searched for SUV on Kayak and found a good rate on SUV for the dates I needed. I got to location and was informed that "their" rate was for a standard car, not SUV, and the only "standard" car they had was tiny. They gave me a discount on a very nice SUV. More $ than I planned, but nice car

Clean car, friendly service, excelent value.Mileage was very poor. Trip computer showed 13.1 miles per gallon. Car had slow air leakage on tire. Had to replace tire.

After booking a week in advance, Budget called me less than an hour before pickup to inform me they didn’t have a car for me, and likely wouldn’t. No offers to help find something else, just sorry and good luck.

I loved that I was able to make a last-minute booking on Labor Day. The car was comfortable and clean and handled great.It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone even during business hours. I was trying to confirm for several days that the location would be open on the holiday. Also $48 a day is a bit steeper than I am used to.

The staff was very helpful with arranging for a ride to the Pep Boys where my car was being repaired.It would be nice if courtesy pick-ups or drop offs were included. Many rental agencies include this service.

delayed drop offSomeone arrived about 15 minutes after the designated drop off time. There were no issues raised about the delayed drop off - person on duty accepted the drop off without any questions or concerns.No one was there at the designated drop off time.
