Horrifically shitty. I had to make a change to my reservation so I called Avis and was informed they can't change anything on my reservation and I'd have to go through Kayak where I'd made the reservation. I was never able to contact Kayak but found where the site said any changes to the reservation had to be done through the renting agency. Completely worthless, I cancelled the reservation being left no other choice and when trying to rebook the same day, prices had more than doubled. 100% unsatisfactory, I rebooked through another provider and will not be using Kayak in the future.

Horrible. The morning of my family trip I took an uber to the location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved months ago. I was told they had no vehicles and I could wait to see if someone brought one back, but nothing was guaranteed. I waited hours and nothing ever happened. I finally had to uber back home. Luckily there are new sites out there where people rent vehicles and I was saved. I still spent $100 in uber fees and hours of my time because how unprofessional budget is.
