Be sure to check the exact address of location, especially is a large city. I thought I made my online vehicle rental reservation at my local airpor location. I missed the fine print. It was 26 miles miles from the airport. Luckily my friend dropping me off did not mind rerouting me to the correct location.Hertz

I've had 2 Hertz rentals in the past 3 weeks. My first one from Wilmington NC was excellent. My 2nd from Parkville MD was not as good. The vehicle was clean inside but they forgot the outside the windows had to be cleaned before my trip tp NC. This is there job not mine.NextCar

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never finalized the rental. I hate their policy. I hate I paid ahead of time. I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY FULL REFUND. I left there HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO CAR......... The staff were not professional, and the place was dirty inside.Cons:
Their policy NEEDS a lot of improvement. The process was a long, drawn out ridiculous MESS!!!!! I felt like I was being FORCED to add collision to my insurance policy, just to rent a vehicle. I have Liability on my personal vehicle. I was NOT gonna pay more money, just to rent a vehicle for the weekend.
