Pickup and drop off were fine.

Cons:

Inside windshield on the passenger side had foot prints on the window and the windows were dirty. A 1/4 full bottle of liquor was found under the drivers seat.

Pros:

The location that Kayak provided with pinpoint was inaccurate. I finally found the place after asking local police officer. The car was dirty and beat up. It was very expensive for the quality. Finally, they charged me $15 gas charge without explanation. When I asked the desk, they said they automatically do this unless I show a gas receipt. The tank showed full but didn't have a receipt. I feel Budget is deceiptful

I ordered a car online. Confirmed it and prepaid the insurance. They called an hour later and said that they don’t have any cars. I’m more than an hour in trying to get the insurance refunded. Had to take Uber. Big hassle.

Advertised cars online and they showed 5-10 cars available and booked a cart. 5 minutes later, the manager calls to say they are cancelling the reservation as they have no cars, yet they charged my card for the supplemental insurance.

Bad reception, information not clear, aggressive staff, all they want is to sale you extra insurance after they ask you to provide them with your own insurance and coverage and show them your insurance card to take a picture of it.. They wanted me to take the rented car with empty tank and return it with empty tank ( which is not easy to do ) instead of a full tank. Thant is all I can remember so this is the last time I rent with Entreprise !
