Pros: Easy pick up and drop off

Cons: Car had damage which I had to point out myself before it was noted. Gas was marked as full but was not so that had to be pointed out as well.

Pros: Easy to return the rental at the DoubleTree. Could have better signage on where to go to drive into return rental garage so I didn't have to go into hotel lobby.

Cons: Signage for returning the car.
