There was a shortage of vehicles but Pat went out of his way to help me get the car I needed. I was five hours from home and my car broke down so I was desperate for transportation to make the long drive home with three kids. I appreciate his effort to find scar for me.Cons:

The Car was not available and I lost a lot of money and time due to the car not being there as arranged. It messed up all my travel plans and I had to scramble to make my flights and find a hotel as I moved out of my apartment that day. Terrible terrible terrible,,Cons:

I was running a couple hours late to pick up my rental car, and when I got there they didn't have the small car I had reserved for the weekend. However, the woman at the counter worked with me to find a car that I wanted, and I only had to wait a short time for them to clean the car for me and I was on my way! Alamo was running a great deal and the price could not have been better. The car was clean and in good working condition. Good customer service. Thanks Alamo!Hertz

Counter clerk was rude. once we got there to wrap my car he informed us that I had to have a credit card that my cash was no good. He was very rude and really need some customer service skills in dealing with people. It needs to state when you order your car that they do not except debit cards or cash.
