Enterprise called me a day before and told me they had to canceled my car as they had high demand for the Holiday and they did not had the car that I reserved many days ago. They told me they couldn’t do anything that put me on a waiting list to see what day they could have a car available.!9,6 Wonderful

the car was not ready when promised and took a long time to prepare. The dashboard was smeared with grease. The gas tank was on empty and I had to get gas before I could even go home to pack the car...a ploy to get more gas in the tank at the end of the trip!!10,0 Wonderful

a lot. First off, Google and Apple Maps had a hard time finding the location, it was showing it in a different location than it was. When I called, the lady was rude and not very helpful. When I showed up she was short and not very friendly. The car was dirty, scratched, dented, etc. Dropoff was easy (hopefully I did it right). The instructions of use for the plate pass could of been explained, it's a metal box that is stuck on the windshield. I did.have to travel on the Indiana -Illinois toll way and did not know that the box contained a ez pass. So electronically the box was being picked up and I was pulling over to pay cash Lol. 3 days later I figured out what the metal thing on the windshield was. The staff did compensate me for my trouble with the platepass, and I was very pleased with the way they handled it.9,6 Wonderful
