Cons:Soooo, you want to know how my Enterprise car rental was, humm. Well actually, it wasn't. There was no car there for me. I produced my reservation, it didn't matter, no car for me. What amazed me was that, although my world had just come crashing down around me, the associate at Enterprise in Cranberry, Pa took it to be something which can't be helped, clearly not his fault. He explained they tried to call the number listed for me but there was no answer. I asked the number, it wasn't mine. It was of no concern to them that I had people coming in to pick up, that there is no taxi service in my home town or any other rental car facility for 90 miles as far as I was able to determine. I then called Enterprise customer service and was directed to a supervisor. With a seemingly inordinate space of time wasted, she... as it turned out was merely filing a complaint form so that “corporate” could see how many times this happens and possibly change policy if deemed necessary. But what about my car? She found me a car at the Pittsburgh airport which ironically was where I needed their car to drive to, 90 miles away so that wasn't any help. Ah ha, then, finally. She figured it out. It was my fault of course. She then switched gears and explained how it was actually YOUR FAULT! And mine for hiring a... what she termed “a third party reservation.” This debacle caused me untold difficulties but more then that, how do I put this into one word? I feel violated. Yes, I trusted you, I trusted Enterprise whom I've used countless times, once as resent as late April. And now I've lost that confidence along with the four irreplaceable days which my reserved car would have facilitated. My future plans now are aimed at doing what ever it takes to never require your services again.

Cons:The Kia car was extremely hard to get in and out of, hard to move the front seats and was dented when I got it, so it looked shabby. Budget did not discount it because it was dented, although they certainly would have charged me if I dented it!
Cons:Cleanliness of car.
Pros:Very convenient way to return the car no hassles
Cons:The rental car counters are located INSIDE the Erie airport but are not marked from outside the airport. We drove around the airport twice before deciding to go inside the terminal to ask.
Pros:The car was okay.
Cons:This was an extremely frustrating experience for me. I picked up a vehicle, drove 5 miles before stopping at a gas station and when I went to start the car it wouldn't start. I had to wait for a tow and by the time I got back and got a new car three hours had passed. I wasn't able to start my 7 hour journey as planned and I was charged $10 for an extension to keep the vehicle longer. I was also charged a base rate of $153, when I was quoted $112 (included taxes and fees). After additional taxes and fees were added to the $153, the cost was $200 for 24 hours.
Cons:The woman behind the counter was nice. My issue was with having to wait 15 minutes for the car to be cleaned and prepped before I was able to leave.
