Did not have car I ordered. Tried to get me to take smaller car. I refused. Was given a hard time by salesman and then he went away. Tried to speak to manager, was ignored. Staff very unfriendly. I had to leave without a car. Was a disaster. I went to Avis and was treated as a customer should be. Rented a car to my choice for 2 weeks.Cons:

When I returned the car I was accused of smoking marijuana in the car and billed 300.00 on my credit card, I don't smoke any thing, I have lung disease and can't smoke. I was called a liar in front of other customers. I didn't deserve to be disrespected like that in public at 67 years old4,8 Mediocre

Cons:
All of the tires were low on air when I picked it up. I was charged an eighty dollar cleaning fee because I smoked in the car. There was no signage in the car and I read the entire contract and no where was it stated that it was a non smoking vehicle. I felt led astray. If there had been wording in the contract or any type of sign in the car I would not have smoked in it. Bad business practice, I will not rent from them again.8,8 Very Good

They charge you too much for gas, almost more than I paid for the car rental, i used only quarter of tank, and they charged me $70. There is no specific way to measure the gas used, whatever the person who check the car decide what to pay, so I recommend to put gas before the drop off4,0 Mediocre
