Nothing- enterprise was a nightmare. I had to end up canceling and going to Hertz next day and they were amazingCons:
They did not have the car in stock that I reserved so they sent me to another location the second location also did not have the car in stock but the person offered to give me a pick up truck for an additional 150 more. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were flexible on my car of choice as well since they did not have the size I ordered on the lot. The vehicle was in good repair and clean as well.10,0 Wonderful

Their weekend hours are really SHORT...and they are short of staff. They will gladly give you a ride home, but it only leaves one person at the desk..which results in lines.10,0 Wonderful

The car was clean and a nice vehicle.Cons:
The car was not ready for us at the designated time. Then the attendant said they did not have one at all. After several hours she found one at another site. All this caused stress and delayed our vacation by more than 5 hours. Then the price was even higher than originally quoted not a single discount for my inconvenience or their confusion.6,0 Okay

The car was cleanCons:
I typically rent from Enterprise, which allows you to bring the car back with less than a full tank. They only charge $2 a gallon. Through Budget, I wasn't offered a choice on whether I wanted to fill it up or let them fill it for a set price. I returned it with half a tank, and they charged $10 a gallon. Wow6,0 Okay
