Cons:-Lack of car cleanliness, especially during Covid -Poor customer service - waited for over 45 minutes because one customer in front of us didn’t have reservation and representative didn’t prioritize us, when we had reservation - awful car - Ford Fiesta
Pros:Quickly got helped on site. Good deal. Van performed well.
Cons:Pick up and drop off was terrible because they are trying to change locations at the last minute. Van was not washed on the outside when we picked up.
Pros:The staff was helpful except for the manager who did not try to compensate me for the amount of time I lost trying to pick the right car for my rental. Manager truly was not concerned that I spent over two hours trying to get a car that would work with Bluetooth and cell phone.
Cons:Hertz needs to know more about the Bluetooth and Android/iPhone capability in the rental of their cars. We are in a whole new arena with the cell phone capability and the integration of car with it.
Cons:Location was closed. Never was told this. All other rent a car locations were closed As well. As a result I missed my cousin's graduation and graduation party.

Cons:Two days before our rental reservation I received a phone call to inform me there were no Vans available . The Enterprise Rental Manager did not do anything to assist us in the inconvenience. I reached out to Enterprise Corporate and never heard a response. Spoke to a Chris both times. He told me the Vans have been out well over 2 weeks so my response was why did you wait 2 days before our trip to inform me . I will never use this website or Enterprise again. I was able to rent a car through another Company and they now have a New Loyal Customer. Enterprise gave poor Custimer Service and your website was misleading.
Pros:it was easy to pick what i wanted, I just never got the rental. They were all out and they never did call me back to see if I needed any thing else. poor customer service. I will never book with them again and im telling all my friends and family the same. never again!!

Cons:I picked up a dirty car in Cincinnati to take it to mbs airport.When I dropped the car off they asked if I had the miles I said no and they said if you don't nee your receipt you are good.I thought I should just get the miles so I did and the girl at the counter printed me a receipt for double what I was told.I asked the girl why and she said it was because I dropped it off early yes early.She told me that's how third party sites get you.I said what does that mean?She said she would of been able refund my money if I would of went straight through Avis never again will I do that...
Cons:Very unprofessional treatment. Booked a van 7 6 months in advance. Verified online week of trip. Tried to verify with pick up location but they do not answer phone... claimed a phone problem. Received phone call 18 hours before pickup saying they had no vans avail and were giving me a Ford Explorer. This was too small for 6 adults. Was given no discount and no larger options. Had to make do. Day of pickup, car was dirty, smelled of smoke and marred by someone’s previous application of decals. Made do anyway. On drop off, was charged an additional incorrect $60 hourly fee until I protested. Hand written signs at location threatend increased cleaning fees and that renters needed to vacuum their own car before returning. Very unprofessional overall. Will avoid this Budget/Avis location when possible in future.
Pros:Airport Budget was great, I swapped out the SUV's and received what I asked for and it was cleaned and serviced and at the price quoted.
Cons:Attempted to pick up the car on Glenway Ave. that I thought I had ordered and had confirmed twice with company. Arrived for pick up and the car was not as promised I specifically asked for a 4 wheeled standard size SUV. I was given a front wheeled drive only, not serviced, had been smoked in, was filthy inside and outside. After much presistance, the attendant called around town until he found the car I had ordered. I had to drive the car he gave me over to the airport to get the car I actually had ordered. The attendant at Glenway was rude and unaccommodating. He also charged me more than I was quoted on priceline.
