Availability of more cars. I had the choice of only 2. Family emergency arisen. I had to leave town at 0230. Alarm on dash began ringing. The Left rear tire was very low on air..29 psi. We had to wait over an hour because they didn't have any cars the size we ordered. They offered us a SUV, if we paid the upgrade fee. When we finally got a car it smelled aweful. They sprayed the car but it didn't help. The back car seat was stained. The trunk was dirty. The staff was nice and apologetic but they didn't offer any type of discount for the inconvenience of waiting over an hour. They offered us a SUV if we wanted to pay the upgrade fee, really...Hertz

There was absolutely nothing pleseant about this experience. They're offices were far and staff unwilling to help. Price competitive but no cars.Cons:
We didn't get the car. Took an uber for $30USD to the location. They had no car for us. Even tho it was booked. Rebooked directly with them over a payphone, we found few miles down the road, at another branch, went to the other branch, $20USD. No car there either. Walked the restoration of the way now ubered.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Angel was rude, lied and said convertible mustang was cheaper than hard top mustang. Wouldn't give me a discount stating "he was doing me a favor offering me a hard top at the same price as the convertible. Then walked off without a word once he THOUGHT I was recording his rude, uncompromising behavior. The ln the manager Raul, proceeded to convince me the damage on the car would not be affected by driving conditions, said he would take a video/picture of the broken part of the bumper, right before he was about to take the video he got a call. He proceeded to stay in the call approximately 10 minutes , when all parties new I was pressed for time due to a funeral I was due to attend. They printed up my paper work at 10:19am, after haggling with me over not having my convertible at their site. From 10:19 a.m. it took an additional 20 minutes to do the walk around I did not pull out of their drive until 10:40. up on bringing the car back I return the car at 11:00 thinking that I would be given a 30 minute leeway before being charged an hour. When I got into the office on a Sunday there was an personnel that simply wanted me to drop the key and leave, my gut was telling me to ask him to print up a final receipt, as I am walking away I see that the man had charged me an additional $71 plus tax totaling $94. When I return to ask what the charge was for he stated that I went over because my original reservation was for 10:00 a.m. and since it was 11:05 I went over the time. He then stayed at that he could not do any changes unless I showed him a video with a timestamp, his impatient made me nervous uncomfortable and afraid that they would charge me more since they were due to close soon, and we're trying to rush me off. I since found a complaint with Avis who assisted me promptly, thank you phone agent Lorenzo for looking out for me.I knew before taking the car that something did not feel right in my spirit I even said that twice to each personnel. This is the most rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my 42 years of living6,0 Okay

be sure to check weekly rates. It would have been $100 cheaper to rent for the week instead of for 5 days like we did. That's madness, by the way. They didnt have the minivan we booked. The hotline suggested we drive to another location to get one and we did. They didnt have one either and then we were 4 hours behind schedule at the end of all of it. After our trip, the car was dusty from camping inside (no sand or mud, just dust and maybe some grass) and they wanted to charge us $25. I highly recommend renting for one day less than you need and simply dropping it off the next day for a $10 late fee. TEN DOLLARS!! Why does it cost $150/d to rent but only $10 a day if you are "late"???10,0 Wonderful
