When I booked online I had no idea that the location was NOT at the airport! They probably showed an address when I booked, but having never been there before I had no idea that that was not at the airport! The airport location said they could rent me another car, but it would be at a higher price,. But Hertz had already charged my credit cards and the airport location could not apply that amount to a new rental at the airport. I would have to pay the airport the full price and then try to get my money back from the other location. Then the other location said that if I took a cab out there to get the original car I could not drop it back off at the airport location when I returned home. I ended up doing $55 worth of cab fares both ways, not to mention the additional time delays. This will be my first and last time renting with Hertz.2,0 Poor

The gal that waited on us was great. She was patient and knew what she was doing and seemed to care!! I think we were upgraded. The car was great and we had it for almost a month. We were able to drop it off at the airport which was convenient.2,0 Poor

We arrived at the Enterprise in Ft Meyers with a week long confirmed rental to be informed that there was not a car for us. Luckily, we were with my father-in-law who brought us to the rental house. They told us they would call us in a few hours when they had a car. We called several times but they NEVER called us back. We rented from another Enterprise closer to the house but it was over $100 more. Obviously, I would never rent from them again. Would also love to get a refund for the extra $100 we spent.10,0 Wonderful
