CleanlinessIf i wasn't lied to..it would of been better. The employee Amanda gave me the wrong info then lied about it i guess so she wouldn't look bad to her supervisor. To have her lie straight out knowing full well what she said was just sad and disgusted me. It really gave me a bad taste in my mouth. A realshame

Car not really cleanThe car interior and exterior was not very clean. I expect a rental to be delivered as a new car. Clean inside and run through some sort of car wash would have been nice.

NothingThe van never came to the airport and we had to walk to Avis,. Thent there were only two agents and we we #9 in line and that took an hour. The the car smelled terrible of smoke and there was bird mess all over the pasenger windshield. Upon the return thery were usin only one small bus to transport back to airport, a long line and again we had to walk back to the airport rather than wait the long time it wold have taken.

The ease of picking my car, using the app, and the quickness and ease of returning it.There was trash still in the car when we picked it up and the fuel tank was only 3/4 fuel. They adjusted the fuel on the rental but still would have liked to have left with a full tank.

They cancelled my reservation an hour before I was supposed to pick up and then had no cars available anywhere in my area, so told me I was on my own. Customer service and the pick-up location kept sending me back and forth, blaming each other. I ended up stranded for the entire weekend. It was awful.

Had to change dates right after booking. These prices are non changeable on and non refundable. Ate the charge. Customer service was horrible. Not worth whatever discount you may get.

No, the man that picked up the phone was really rude, and not very helpful.Customer service could’ve been a lot better, upon phone calls I was stranded thanks to AVIS. car rental.

Payless was a disappointmentTeddy who worked with us was a kind man, but there wasn't much that he could do to repair the situation.We have had the most awful Payless experience. After waiting with our infant and toddler by the side of the road for more than half an hour for a Payless shuttle from the airport to the rental place, the only two cars in our category reeked of cigarette smoke. We were forced to rent one of these. We felt sick every time we had to drive in the car. Then, the Payless shuttle driver on the way back to the airport insisted that we had to check in at Terminal C even though we twice told him our flight was from terminal F. This was a lie. So we were forced to walk outside the airport from terminal C to F, a 15 minute walk, carrying our children and our carry on bags. A complete disappointment from beginning to end.

Great ValueThe staff was friendly . My van was clean and ready at the time of pickup . Mike took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the features of my rental. The fee was exactly what I was quoted.The van only had a quarter tank, but then I only had to return it with a quarter tank.

The car was filthy. Not washed , inside lord ok, no trash or dirty but smells like cigarettes, alot of cigarettes. I went to the dollar store abd bought myself doest air freshener abd window cleaner abd paper towels to clean it myself, after ask we are in a pandemic abd I have to sit in this thing all day. THEN I wanted to extend my rental but it was $57 a day to extend my $42 a day rental..... that's a joke. It should carry the same price. They close 30 minutes after i dopped it off... so instead of making $40 they got nothing. I was told the reason they didn't wash the car was that the Pipes were frozen.... hasn't been that cold. She was the only one there.. She was very polite, seems like they expect too much from her. Very busy. But for$43 ......i was ok with it.

FrustratingNothingConfusion, long waits, very unhappy staff, did not get my quoted price, will never use budget again. Given wrong information, waited almost 2 hours after a red eye flight! Given more frustrating & wrong information when we returned the car! Car smelled like pee, was not clean, they made a mistake and said we were in the wrong car! The car that was supposed to be ours was wrecked & they called us to find out what car we had!!! So mad about the whole situation. I really want my money back. They offered 40.00 off a future rental, hilarious!!

I took a $40 uber to get to the location only to find it had closed minutes before I arrived. I then had to take a $90 Uber to my destination. I listed my pick up time as 6:00pm which is when the place you sent me closed. Very frustrating!
