The Dollar sales person lied to us. Her sales tactics were deplorable. I booked this car months ago. When we got there she told us that one of the ways along our drive may be closed from time to time snd that if that’s the case we couldn’t use a car but needed an SUV to get back. We are savvy travelers but also this was our first time To Vail. She told us she could give us a SUV but it would cost a bit more. But we would foe sure be ok. We said ok. It was TWICE the amount of money. The road was closed on the way back. But the other route the road was paved and fine and actually was so narrow that it would have been easier to navigate in our car vs the suburban. I also asked if we could change the car rental from 5 days to three as we didn’t need the car the whole time. She said no, it was one price and that was it. I’m certain that was a lie too. When we went to return the car I wanted to talk to someone but there was no one there. This is the most disgusting service I’ve ever received.

NothingWas there 45 minutes after rental pickup time due to baggage/plane. Tried to charge me double price. Didn’t have my car and upgraded me to minivan. Which was my friends minivan right behind me. Had to rent another car from Hertz since they screwed us and had to pay 3x amount. BS!

They existThey gave my car away to another customer despite having a reservation. Then threatened to charge me over $1,500 for my one-way rental that was less than $300, because they didn't have any cars that were designated for one way. The reason they gave for my car not being available was that there was an error in their computer system that gave away too many of the one-way rentals and could not care less about my situation.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Drop off separate from airport terminal so best to drop off all luggages before returning car.If pick off can be at the same location as pick up, then it is just across the street from terminal.

Staff was very nice and courteous.Car was older and had several dents and damage when we picked it up. (42000 miles) I went back in to tell them of thedamage but im not sure all was noted prior to my taking the car.

Price and ease was great!They asked me if I wanted to pay in advance for gas, but neglected to tell me that I was driving a hybrid car. I'm glad I declined, I would have WAY overpaid!

Good serviceService was quickI had a problem with the seatbelt on the back seat and I returned to the counter but they were gone since our flight was delayed from JFK. I understand that it was late but the issue with the seatbelt was serious since we had two car seats.
