Even though I thought I was getting a SUV, there must’ve been some confusion on the website I used, they still upgraded me to something better than economy class car. The car was clean when I picked it up. The tank was full. I dropped it off on time. It was hassle free.

Despite reservation to pick up in Dunedin, upon arrival from Uber ride was told there were no cars available and to call customer service. Customer service notified me that there was a car available instead in Clearwater. Schedule another Uber ride from Dunedin to Clearwater and upon arrival in Clearwater was told there were no cars immediately available, and they would have to get one ready. To the credit of the gentleman who assisted me in Clearwater, he was very helpful and got a vehicle ready as quickly as he could. once I receive the car, everything was fine, but the pickup process was quite a hassle requiring an additional unexpected Uber ride.

no cars upon arrival. employee gave me someone else's rental. overcharged me $8 without telling me. when i questioned it, employee had a horrible attitude and threatened to take the car back and leave me statnded without a car. he was arrogant and rude. took car and it smelled of vinegar, was filthy inside and the tire pressure indicator came on 1/4 way through our trip. won't rent from budget again.

The van we rented was dirty at pick up - also had a lot of nicks and dents - we told the rep I called he said he knew but we didn’t do a walk around together - told him about it being dirty said u should have called me but I had to go pick up my daughter- he didn’t even say we will give you 19 percent off - or a discount on future rentals or any kind of regret -

The rental was dirty. Under the stowaway seats was filthy. I didn’t know how to operate the key fob, didn’t know you had to touch the fob to the start button. No one on the lot to help. The vehicle had minor damage on the passenger side that should have noted. Had to go back to the desk to have it noted. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
