Cons:
I had plans to take a group of ten people to celebrate a birthday. When I went to get my vehicle they said they’d called the day before to confirm and left a message. Because I didn’t answer the phone they gave my vehicle to someone else. They should just take a deposit from people. Then they would still get their money. I checked my messages and missed calls and had not received either. Very poor business practice.10,0 Wonderful

When I explained the problems, I was asked if I told Hertz at Bradley airport that the car was dirty (trunk area where luggage would go covered in some sticky stuff) to which I replied that I learned it was dirty after starting my trip. I did not check trunk area at pickup. Hertz could have offererd some discount to make up for the inconvenience.Avis

I had a 1:00pm reservation at the Brafferton location so I called ahead to confirm. When I got there, Harris took care of my car rental. He's very friendly and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I highly recommend. He made the process very easy to deal with and I was out of there with a great and clean car in about 15 minutes. Thanks Harris! I will be definitely coming back to this location.Cons:
I'd like to say nothing because from making the reservation online to picking up the car in Stafford to returning the car at the BWI airport, everything worked out great!
