Once a vehicle was located (after nearly thirty minutes of excuses), the service person (Michael) drove us to the location where a vehicle was found. Michael was friendly, professional, and courteous.Cons:
I reserved a vehicle, confirmed the reservation a week and again one day before arriving. When I got to the Enterprise location, I was told they had no vehicles and it took nearly a half hour and my insisting they locate one before a vehicle was found.10,0 Wonderful

Lower Insurance cost, it was way too high. That particular vehicle had an obstruction when taking the foot off the break pedal. I had a somewhat long shoe. Could be very dangerous in certain situations.6,8 Okay

I loved that I was able to make a last-minute booking on Labor Day. The car was comfortable and clean and handled great.Cons:
It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone even during business hours. I was trying to confirm for several days that the location would be open on the holiday. Also $48 a day is a bit steeper than I am used to.10,0 Wonderful
