Pros:
Staff was abusive, and would not honor the Kayak booking. Told me not to book with Kayak anymore as Enterprise does not honor the confirmation. I had to drive an hour out of town to get a rental car at the last minute. Then I had to pay $100 to drop it off in Collingwood. Won't book again.Cons:
The worst service I've ever been subjected to. Not only would they not recognize the booking confirmation from Kayak but accused me of trying to trick them by using the Kayak third party booking service instead of calling directly. Ended up costing me 3x more due to last minute need for car.10,0 Wonderful

Staff was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. Drop off was easy, and I was able to score a ride home. The car I had was clean, great on gas, and it had a sunroof. It just made my long drive that much more enjoyable.Cons:

Cons:
We weren't told the office closed at noon and when we got there it was and we were unable to get our car. We called the 800 number but we're told there was nothing they could do to help us. We ended up renting from Avis who were very helpful but more expensive. Very bad communication. We were under Un the impression the car wouldn't be ready until noonNational
