My vehicle was not ready when I arrived, they were sanitizing it. Then they didn't have the class of car that I had made my reservation for and it wasn't available at any other location in town. They even called and confirmed it the day before.2,0 Poor

Nothing. The staff at Enterprise in Springfield was extremely unhelpful. I was never even able to rent a car, and had to refund the insurance I paid for.Cons:
When I showed up to Enterprise, they told me they had no cars available (despite my reservation). They left me stranded for 2 days as I awaited a car. I’ve never been so upset, angry, disappointed with a company. Ever. I’m a traveler from abroad so I was left abandoned because of their lack of prep.6,0 Okay

Pros:
Terrible service -car was booked through app at the appropriate city but kayak did not note which site. My assumption was that it was at the airport, not knowing there was a Seco d pickup spot in the downtown area. First enterprise rep said she would change it. She never did. I called back and got another rep. She changed the reservation to a completely different city. Once the reservation came through, I gave up and cancelled all together. Went with a competitor instead.Hertz

Cons:
Car had a bulge in the tire. Noticed it when I pulled into a gas station to clean the windshield which was bug spotted. Called and they said don't return it, call Roadside Assistance. No other cars local so they had me drive to another city. That location rented the car they told me was saved for me so I ended up in a Mitubishi Lancer - which is no Mustang.8,0 Very Good
