Cons:

I did not get the car, I became sick that day tried to call I was on the phone for hours waiting I canceled through the hertz desk that’s if there is no way to reach kayak either by phone or email. I tried but to no avail. I wanted a refund because I have vertigo all day and it’s unsafe to drive — not happy with not being able to reach and get a refund
