Cons:
The office closed at 2:00. I did not get there in time driving from Raleigh! The front desk person at the Marriott Hotel where the branch is located thought it was open until 4:00 Even Enterprise thought it was open until 4:00. The person who worked there could have called me!2,8 Poor

Pros:
The price was what made me choose this one.Cons:
The car was in bad need of a front end alignment. When it got up to speed on the interstate it was hard to hold in the road. And it was an economy car but used more gas than the Dodge Charger I rented the last time I did this trip. They told me that I could switch the payment to a different card when I dropped it off but when I dropped it off nobody was there. The girl at the hotel desk where the rental office is located said they the rental people don’t always come in unless they have an appointment.8,0 Very Good
