Staff was friendly.I reserved an economy car and the only options available to me were an SUV and a pick up truck. I took the SUV and immediately regretted it - it smelled like smoke, but at this point my only options were to return it and try to cram my family into a pick up truck or wait around until something else became available. Also, most rental car places now have options for paying for tolls when you are traveling across state lines. Not so at this Enterprise.

I was left dead in the water with no carI made a reservation for a luxury convertible (BMW or Audi) for my wedding weekend and Enterprise did not have any in their lot even though they picked me up and took me to their office. I asked what they would do about and they said they could not help me. Painless experience, inexpensive, free upgradeEasy in and out (I reserved online), and got a free upgrade from a Hyundai Accent to a Nissan Altima.No issues, other than really short hours on Saturday.

Terrible serviceCharged me for 2 additional hours I didn't use. Booked through kayak for $68 and enterprise ended up charging me $165 for a Nissan Altima for 24 hours. I will never rent with enterprise again.

Great rentalProcess was easy from beginning to end. Pick-up was quick and the people at the Clifton Park location were very helpful. I called with some questions after picking up and they were very flexible with changing coverage options. Great experience with Enterprise.None

The car was dirty and clearly not sanitized. With all that’s going on it was a great disappointment. Good thing I had wipes and Lysol to spray everything myself.

Staff wasn’t friendly. No welcome or thank you as I remember. I liked the car. It was clean.A hello and thank you would have been nice. I expected to pay extra for gas when I turned it in but not $10/gallon.

East pick-up and drop-off, friendly staff.Car was smaller then expected and looked like it hasn't been cleaned before I picked it up. Asking for a credit card to rent or running a credit checked seemed excessive to rent a vehicle.

Not satisfied.Convenience; pickup closeby.Car not clean; scratches on front and rear bumper. Power outlet not working so could not use gps. Had to call hertz to exchnge car. Replacement car is ok.

Saved big with Kayakcompact car averaged 33 mpg.Friendly service.Save on gas and by renting through KayakI refused the first car they did the paperwork for because it had bald tires.Both cars were dirty but they gave me a free car wash coupon.

Kayak is a sham - Hertz is awesome.Hertz is wonderful.Kayak lied about the total cost of the rental and I was charged triple the amount my confirmation stated I would be charged. I am fighting the charge but so far Kayak has said they do not initiate charges - which is odd as I entered my card information into their website. I certainly will not be paying the amount charged nor will I EVER use Kayak again for anything. I thought is was odd that I could not use my AMEX to pay for my transaction, as AMEX has excellent fraud protection for its customers, which lead me to believe the transaction would be shady. I should have gone with my gut. If you are reading this, get off this website and book somewhere else.
