Pros:
This whole experience with an Enterprise lease was not as enjoyable experience as I’ve had with other companies....like Hertz, Budget, Alamo etc.... The Bartow office closed because of COVID and they deferred my rental to the Lake Wales Office which is the furthest away than any of the their offices in my county... all of the offices refused to pick me up as service that they advertise on every commercial!Cons:
The car selection sucked... I ordered a standard SUV and when I arrived to pick one up they didn’t have one. I had to wait about 20 minutes and then when it came it was a Ford Flex, which is the ugliest car in the world, they look like a hearse! So I ended up with an Altima.... then along the trip the cruise control went out, so we had to find an Enterprise place... they gave us a Camry, which we had to return because of a chunk was missing out of the front wheel! They really should have upgraded my car but instead they gave us a basic car with not even all the luxuries of the first one!2,0 Poor

The car was super clean. Dropoff and pickup were very fast.Cons:
I thought I was supposed to get a bigger model, but was told it was a compact. The website said "specialty" vehicle. Also, the staff had differing stories about how toll roads worked, so they need to be trained on the correct answer.10,0 Wonderful

It was a nice, clean vehicle, easy to rent and the staff was niceCons:
I brought the vehicle back one day late, which I let them know about ahead of time and they told me that I would just pay for extra day, but they also added on an additional 15.00 as a late fee plus taxes which made it 85 dollars for the extra day, not 60 which is what they told me.10,0 Wonderful

The staff were ok.Cons:
When I arrived, I entered the building and none of the staff had on masks. The guy attempted to rent me the car dirty and told me they could not wash the car in the lot although I clearly seen a guy washing the rentals. I waited 2 hours and returned so I would receive a clean car. When I came back to get the car, I could visibly see crumbs in cracks of seat and dirt particles on floor that had no floor mats. When I asked the lady about floor mats, she said they didn’t have any. I pointed out the crumbs, soap stains on windows, sticky stuff on driver side door and she said she could have it rewashed. I asked for different suv and none was available I was told. I pointed out tear in driver side carpet, rip in leather on driver side door. The Toyota Highlander which appeared new drove like a car that was 20 years old. The sunglasses thing was broken, there was no navigation, when my kids attempted to charge their phones the covers for the chargers fell off. This was the absolute worst car and car rental experience I have ever had. I don’t believe they maintain their cars. I will never and I mean never rent from Hertz on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland again. The lady asked me when I returned how did the car drive. I said terrible. She asked was it car or type of car. I told her I assumed both. Never again !8,0 Very Good

Through Kayak, service at Hertz was great. Before going through Kayak, I had visited Hertz on my own. After ten minutes of waiting, an agent said to come on back to his desk, then oroceeded to answer the phone and leave the room. I walked out and booked online. Other than that incident, it was all good.2,0 Poor
