Pros:
Staff was very helpful and friendly. They quickly realized the issue caused by booking through Kayak which was they identified an Enterprise 20 miles from the airport at a different price. We still had to pay higher price due to a tax difference.Cons:
Kayak listed car rental places that were not near BDL airport so the competitive pricing was misleading. The Enterprise by BDL had to re-book our car rental at a higher price. We could have paid less through Alamo. The car we got was out alignment and I noticed the yellow dash indicator.8,4 Very Good

Pros:
Picked up my car at the West Hartford CT location and dropped it at the Bradley International Airport location. Both are staffed with personable, friendly and efficient people. I had to bring a car back because of an issue and had no problems getting a better car at the West Hartford location. I had filled the gas tank when I picked up the first car and the customer service person gave me credit for bringing back a car with a full tank of gas.Hertz

Pros:
Nothing at all after checking my reservation it stated that sixt will be closing at 3pm and we gave them a call to let them know that our flight will be getting in at 2:15 pm and once we got there we was told that someone else took the car that we reserved for weeks ago. This facility rather more money over customer service I will not be booking with this company ever again even if it's my last resort. I will take a lyfe or Uber first before stepping into this establishment again10,0 Wonderful
