Cons:
We arrived at the airport to pick up our car at 5:15pm. We were told our car rental was off site (which we were not aware of). The Enterprise agent at the airport called the Enterprise location. We requested a guest pick up; we were told we would not be picked up. We decided to take a cab to that location; we were told they were closing and they would not be open for our rental car pick up. We rented a car at the airport from another rental car agency.8,0 Very Good

customer care, the guy was nice to me when I picked the van, and when I misplaced the key, I called and talked to a nice operator who got a help for me within short time.Cons:
I returned it on the 17th at 9:16 pm, but on the invoice that i just received you charged me as if i returned it on the 18th. I should have a discount for returning it earlier than the scheduled return time.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
I made the reso with 48.00 rate, I released I made a mistake seconds after I made it. I called and switched the location, I was told on the phone I would not be charged a new rate. I have the call transcripts, date, time and person. I get to richmond and yep you charged me the higher rate. I am not happy and I am letting American Express deal with it. I do not have time to be ripped off by companies.Cons:

I reserved a large SUV and called two days early to ensure the car would be ready and move the pick-up and return a few hours early. When I arrived they did not have a large SUV and offered a Suburban. I was okay with that but they said there would be an additional charge, and I would need to bring it back a day early or pay a fee. Surprises at pick-up usually aren't good.Avis

Cons:
I reserved an impala and they wouldn't honor that. They gave me a smaller Malibu and said it would cost $9 per day to upgrade. The car has a greasy dashboard which the agent verified and asked the employee to wipe down the grease. He was nasty and threatening and said they wouldn't charge me for the grease, just for damages. I didn't care about the charge, I just wanted a clean car. Lastly, the lot go store your own vehicle was too far away with no shuttle.1,9 Poor

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the quality and comfort of the vehicle was great.Cons:
The drop off was a little shaky because of a misunderstanding between the employee and customer so it took longer than it should've but this was minor. Also a previous customer whom had the vehicle before me put a medium sized hole in the rear bumper so it took away from the appearance of the car.2,0 Poor

There were no cars available when I went to pick up so I had to wait over an hour until someone returned a car. Then the employee did not believe my credit card was real. She spent 15 minutes calling various supervisors and American Express to verify it before running the card. Horrible experience!8,8 Very Good

I was called on my way to pick up a 9am one way rental saying no car was available till at least 10:30am. I was already on the way to get dropped. Luckily, when I reached, a car came in and took about 30min to get cleaned. The whole situation was tension filled, as I had to catch a flight in Washington Dulles.2,0 Poor
