I liked nothing about my experience with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.Cons:
Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.10,0 Wonderful
