Great friendly staff who waited after the 5 PM closing time for our arrival around 5:15 PM. Very congenial and accommodating people and fairly quick pickup process. Location is very far from airport, but much better pricing with a gas station next door for refllign before drop off.Reviewed Nov 15 2022

Everything worked very smoothly. We had a nice, new car with ApplePlay. Only issue was that we had to take the car in after one month to rewrite the contract even though we had booked for about five weeks. They actually wound up just extending the contract. Not sure why this was needed but it was just a minor inconvenience. No complaints.Reviewed Mar 12 2022

Pros:Customer service on the roadside number was good.Cons:Both cars we got were dirty. Slow leak on the first cars tire that I think they knew about. Charge me for gas for no reason and charged me for a late charge when I brought the car back on time. Pros:I liked nothing about my experience with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.Cons:Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.Reviewed May 13 2021
