Front desk host was awesome!
The heating/air is HORRRIBLEE!! Blows directly on you while sleeping and not stable heat as it blows cold air when climate control temperature reached..woke up with dry sore throat. SUPER CHEAP shortcut to comfort. Need to re-think this!!
Bathroom had bad smell. Needed better cleaning.
Hotel rooms were under renovation. As a Spire Elite they gave me the best room available, I guess. The room was still in need of some minor construction clean up. Disappointed they did not inform me of status when I contacted them during booking. All staff I came in contact with were great.
Nice hotel; noisy guests
2 am yelling in corridors-- not the hotels fault that's what you get with wedding parties!
Location and staff were great.
Not clean. Hallways were dirty.
