Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as mold, dirty bathrooms, and bedding, as well as ongoing construction and maintenance problems. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it good or excellent, while others felt it was overpriced or disappointing. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, cleanliness and facility upkeep were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Conveniently located near the mall, restaurants, movie theater and major interstate.
Cons (-) The room had a stale odor upon entering the room. The carpet in the hallway was dirty.
Pros (+) I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and whenever I have business in Charlotte NC, I will definitely be staying here!
Cons (-) The walls are very thin. Person in the room next door decided to turn on the news at 5:30am. It was if the tv was in our room. Checkout was at 11:00 but maid service came at 9:30 to clean our room. Not a restful experience
