Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel to be very unclean, with frequent complaints about unpleasant odors, wet floors, mildew, and even sightings of cockroaches. Many reviews also mentioned the building being outdated and in need of renovation. However, several guests praised the staff for being friendly and helpful, and some found the location convenient for their needs. A few guests had positive experiences with clean and comfortable rooms, but these were less common. Issues with air conditioning, misleading advertisements, and maintenance problems were also noted. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but the service and location were generally appreciated.
