Pros (+) I was in Charlotte for a conference and stayed at the Clarion. My stay was great.The desk clerks and manager were all nice and accommodating. I was due to check out at 11:00 a.m., but my conference exceeded the allotted time. The people at Clarion allowed me a 1:00 p.m. check out because I was not able to get back to chaeck out on time. Cons (-) Not enough shuttles later at night. Came in at 11 had to wait 3 shuttles with 81 yr old in wheel chair. No luggage people jump in before we could get luggage loaded. 3rd time my uncle had enough and we got on van. Waited almost 1.5 hrs to get to hotel. Once there though we had reservation but hotel was over booked but the staff was very helpful and got us room at Ramada next door. Great staff poor...

Cons (-) Restaurant was only a pub/bar. Great bartender and "cook". Okay for the business traveler stuck at the airport, but not for a family in the area. Good staff. Poor management.
