Pros (+) Nice updated room. Extra pillows were received, Thank You! The young lady at breakfast gave me muffins even though they were out and it was just about 9am end of grab and go. Providing this is a great convenience for busy travelers. Thank You! Great value! Thank You!
Cons (-) Stained sheet, spots of blood stain on top sheet, dirty carpeting between the beds, lots of fuzzies like the vacuum didn't work? or wasn't used, the shower didn't get very hot, it was a limited heat and I would have liked to have had hotter water. I mentioned the stained sheet and unvacuumed carpet to the front desk receptionist, she didn't give me much response. We needed to get to University for...

Pros (+) Everything appeared to be fresh and recently remodeled.
Cons (-) They are using LED lighting which is good with the exception of the color temperature of the lamp. Pros (+) I loved the location.
Cons (-) Room was clean however there was one washcloth that had red dots on it, which was folded and left there by what I would imagine was staff. I put it on the floor. The next day after the cleaners came in I saw the room was straightened and saw what appeared to be new washcloths rolled under the vanity sink.
