Pros (+) ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Cons (-) The holes in the ceiling, the rats in the bedding, the disgustingly dirty floors were so sticky ur bare feet stuck to the carpet w every step. I understand it is under renovations but the room itself could've been cleaned. I use kayak regularly and makes me question if I ever want to use kayak ever again???
