Pros: Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The room was also nice and big.
Cons: The hotel is about to get a renovation, which it could definitely use.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room comfortable staff helpful
Cons: Food ordinary
7,9 Good
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good - very nice selection. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: The floor in the bathroom and the shower were slippery...there was no refrigerator in the room when we arrived. I called the front desk and they said only king bedrooms have a refrigerator. We had medication that had to be refrigerated and so they brought one on for us. First time we had stayed in a room with no fridge.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hampton's are always clean & always reliable.
Cons: Save the up close parking spaces for vehicles that take up only one space. The vehicles with trailers should not be allowed to take up 4 parking spaces and park close to the entrances.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the mattress! Comfortable & clean. Staff very friendly. Very hospitable
7,1 Good
Pros: This hotel is a Hampton Inn ... the rooms, breakfast, and property are like every other Hampton Inn you've ever stayed at.
Cons: The rooms were a bit small for a family of 4.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located, spotlessly clean, well managed and supported by friendly professional staff. Our room was very comfortable with good facilities including WiFi. Staff are happy to provide advice and details of the locality and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel which is excellent value for money.
Cons: We had a little wait for breakfast, but really little - perhaps 5 minutes.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and super-comfy beds!
Cons: The food in the breakfast area was not replenished in a timely manner. The breakfast area did not appear well-staffed. The one and only worker in the breakfast section was trying to keep up with the food while also having to put away an incoming shipment. Perhaps they could delay putting shipments away during the breakfast hours.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was best we had on the road trip. Many options.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: We found a dirty coffee filter in the hotel coffee pot. We were told the staff would notify the manager and never heard anything back. 113.00 for a dirty room and we were not compensated for the dirty coffee filter.

Cons: I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were amazing! And i love how they had internet T.V I.e Netflix, Hulu etc. The shower pressure is amazing as well. I couldn't quite figure out how to work the thermostat though, but everything worked out. The staff was very helpful and willing to help and give specific direction. Overall, I will definitely be staying there again.
Cons: I think the prices on snacks could have been a little cheaper based on the price of the hotel. Also, there could've been more vending machines on every floor instead of just one.

5,4 Okay
Cons: We finally got into our room. My husband and i were chatting and someone knocked on our door and before we could answer the door a guy used his card key and let himself in!! It was some guy changing out the hardware to hang the iron, etc. He said he would come back later. Just very weird that someone would let themselves into our room. Then someone had a dog that wouldn't stop barking. Of course we were put right across from the elevator. I think for those of us who book on sites to get better deals get treated differently and the hotels see that and give you the crappier rooms. This stay was not good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Upon checking in I was oriented to all the amenities and informed of the hours for the pool and bar. The room was amazing and very clean. Highly recommend this place
Cons: Would be better if the pool hours were longer.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was close to everything. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have microwave & fridge in each room.
Cons: The only draw back was being awaken the first morning of our stay by a yapping dog in the hallway or close to our room. We had the understanding that pets were NOT to be allowed unless it was a service dog. Service dogs do not yap!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. It looked like it had never been stayed in, and the manager told us it had been open 10 years. The bathroom was huge, nice big shower. Very comfortable bed.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: In a suite, I would expect a full size fridge and at least a stove for extended stay patrons.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and comfortable and had a good restaurant on sight.
Cons: A door beneath our room was very loud when it closed. It was used a lot starting at 5:30 in the morning!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good room, good food, easy access, clean and comfortable. The only problem for some people is there is no elevator and all rooms require climbing stairs
Cons: Climbing stairs to get to the room
1,0 Poor
Pros: Hotel emloyee was super nice
Cons: I dodnt get to check in
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was so kind, friendly and amazing
Cons: The bed was not comfortable, no elevator which wasn't a problem for me, a different story for the elderly couple who had to walk up to the third floor. As soon as you walk into the area to go to the rooms it reeks of cigarette smoke
7,5 Good
Pros: Neat and clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: clean rooms friendly staff answered questions about taxi ride n contacted one for us awesome breakfast
Cons: nothing it was a nice stay
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, easy to get around. The staff was wonderful, especially Megan and Vicki. I had an unusually awful experience with Super 8 in Bozeman, MT which I discussed with Megan and she put us in a wonderful room, made sure we were comfortable and accommodated us beautifully. Another plus was both of their personalities. They were delightful to talk with and very conscientious with city information. I would for sure stay there again!
Cons: Nothing
6,7 Good
Pros: Fluffy white towels and hot water.
Cons: Rooms a bit dated. Room above ours had a creaky floor so woken up at 1.30am by new guest who also took a shower which could clearly be heard.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff extremely helpful and room clean.
Cons: 3 floors and would have been nice to have an elevator for seniors.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amanda, the receptionist , is very kind and helpful. She promptly solved all the issues I had during my stay. The room is wide and comfortable.
Cons: When I arrived, I was surprised to see that my room was occupied by another guest. He told me he complained that his original room was not cleaned that morning and so he was moved to a clean room, but that was the room to be assigned to me! This is the typical management condemned practice of solving someone problem by raising a problem to another ... too bad. The cleaning team is somewhat erratic: one day they cleaned the room but didn’t make the bed; other day, the room was fully cleaned, but the lights were left on. My magnetic keys “demagnetized” over and over ... considering that there is no lift, I had to go up and down the stairs multiple times, in order to get in the room ... ufff!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and beds comfortable. Liked the adjustable height of the shower head. Great for tall people. Location was good for our travels. Probably one of the nicest super 8s I’ve stayed at.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Also, the person that checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast bar was beyond expectations!

Pros: Front desk staff (Robert?) Was super helpful and put us right by the elevator, as my Dad doesn't walk well. He was so happy!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant on the property was great. Good selection of food for omnivores and vegetarian diners alike. Rooms are large, beds are comfy. I had a room on the north side, not much of a view. Pros: The location was fine - we were just stopping off for one night to break the journey from Cody to Denver.
Cons: Receptionist at check-in was miserable and unwelcoming (just what you want after a nearly 300 miles drive!) She clearly does not enjoy her job!! Plug mechanism in the sink was missing. Room did not seem very secure - it was on the ground floor and the window wouldn't lock. The mesh screen would not have stopped someone breaking in if they had wanted to. The door into the building (Door I) was supposed to be accessed by using our room card, but it was open each time we used it. Building looked very dismal and shabby.
6,3 Good

Pros: Location and price
Cons: Old and run down. Smelled bad
2,2 Mediocre
Pros: Not a thing
Cons: Key cards did not work. I had to go back to the desk three times. They tried to overcharge me by $35. The room was gross. The bathroom was even more disgusting. There was a TV from the 1980s. In fact everything was way out of date. In a scummy location. Grossed out never coming back.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: The pictures online are not what the hotel was. I guess they are remodeling so they used pictures of the new parts of the hotel but said nothing about the remodel on the website. Our room looked like it was out of the seventies and it smelled like that too. The spa was closed the entire time we were there and the pool was freezing cold. The receptionist was rude. And I figured being such a nice hotel there would have been continental breakfast. I should have read the reviews.
