Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The location was also highlighted as convenient for many travelers. However, several reviews noted issues with amenities, such as construction disruptions, non-functioning electric vehicle charging stations, and some maintenance concerns. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds too soft or the pillows lacking support. Desk person was very nice and accommodating. Room was dated and vaguely musky. The elevator looked like a gang fight had occurred in it. For the price of this hotel, you should *not* have to pay for the ‘breakfast buffet’ (which didn’t look that great to begin with). Hilton should have more pride in what they slap their name on.
