The room was fine but basic. The advertised “free breakfast” was muffins and granola bars. Or 15% off at IHOP. How is that a free breakfast? Deceitful.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, finding it close to supermarkets, events, and other points of interest. However, there are widespread complaints about the breakfast, which is described as minimal, misleading, or nonexistent. Service issues are also frequently mentioned, including problems with the check-in process (especially the use of kiosks), lack of staff presence, and unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others report issues with dirty or poorly maintained facilities. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, breakfast offerings, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
