They were only friendlier because they were late on pickup and did not want to lose a customer to their competition agencies.Cons:
Take time to understand customer requests on rentals, take more time in closing out the customer bills and get them their rental copy same day or at the very least next business day. I returned my rental on the 15th first thing in the morning, still have not received my final bill or an explanation as to why I have not received the full $200 deposit back.8,0 Very Good

I was surprised to get NO paperwork to take along on the trip. But when we returned the car none was required, so I understand the "no paperwork idea". Our rental car got GREAT gas mileage, was comfortable during our 1600 mile trip, and insured we'll consider Enterprise for our next rental.Hertz
