Everytime I book with a third party and I get a good price in Verdanza I get a really deteriorated room with difficulty of enjoyment of essential comforts. Stuff were broken floor wet, one pillow on bed, really difficult to use restroom no iron table, furniture old and beat. Pros (+) Nothing. My reservation was not honored at all. I was left oit on the street at 11pm and offered no solution. This is the worst experience in my life and I’ve travelled extensively.
Cons (-) The Verdanza Hote and their personnel have the worst practices in the entire hotel industry. My reservation was paid in full and fully confirmed ahead of my trip. They took the liberty of canceling it without letting me know, to the point of my arrival on site and be left out on the street. I cannot stress how horrible this experience was and how much of a mess up this was on the part of the hotel...

Pros (+) The location.
Cons (-) The check-in wait time. The outdated room and bathroom felt like a Motel 6. The acoustics; the noise carried from the hallway and rooms next door. For the price? It wasn't a great deal. And the mattresses were so so cheap and springy.

Cons (-) The Wine and Tapas Bar was short handed. During special events the Bar needs two peop l e to staff. The food was very good but the distance from kitchen is a problem. Better communications needed.

Pros (+) It was clean, in order and as expected. Very inexpensive and welcoming.
Cons (-) The bathroom is small, but what else does one need. Not much else is neededZ if you want a large bathroom, this isn't the place for you. If you are okay with what a human needs, it's perfect.
