Cons: NA
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Covid-19 situation handled very well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had my son, who is 9, with me, and we were booked for five days—but my poor child got the flu! We had to keep him in the room and improvise and the Staff was INCREDIBLE about helping me in a very difficult situation—from the lovely women at the front desk to the kind ladies in housekeeping to Stephanie in room service (who brought ice cream). I really appreciated the effort it took to make our stay seem like more of an experience at a boutique than at at a corporate hotel. Well done.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The lobby was clean. The location was easily accessible to the highway.
Cons: Room was disgusting. Body hair (NOT MINE) was all over the bathroom. dust, dirt all over bathroom. Guests were having a loud room party w/ music. There was a car idling outside in the parking lot of the hotel with music blasting late at night.

Pros: Great room, very clean and orderly facility. Great breakfast
Cons: Aweful parking. Downtown, closest parking for vehicle with Trailer 1/4 mile away, no parking lot at all. Just vouchers for lots around town.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, not far off I-81. Convenient to be able to park and eat at the very good restaurant on-site, 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Room was very cold when we first arrived, but heated up quickly. However, we couldn't get the unit to cool down although we tried lowering the temperature and even tried it on A/C, ended up being hot overnight. Breakfast was standard, coffee not very good. Would like some variety in pillows, most were high loft.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy to find as it was right off the highway.
5,0 Okay
Pros: very clean good location
Cons: When I booked this room it showed a picture of a walk in shower with a seat. When we got to the room it had a tub which was an inconvenience for my wife who had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks prior to our stay. We should have complained.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, quaint atmosphere (décor)

Pros: It was ok. Coffee was lukewarm
Cons: The filthy bathroom and cobwebs on the ceiling
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice property and helpful staff/management. Miss carpeted flooring in room but understand the proposition in a value room. Impressive breakfast buffet (waffles, pastries, juices, etc) not just coffee and muffins. Appreciate the micro and fridge in every room unlike shared micro in Motel 6/s we've encountered. In short an absolutely super value for a simple overnight stay. Would recommend and use again if the opportunity arises. Thanks

3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The staff was rude and the beds were horrible. We hardly slept any due to the quality of the beds causing us a great deal of pain in our backs and hips. We had a smoking room and no ash trays. When I called to the desk to ask for ash trays I asked the man who answered if he was going to bring them to the room . His response was "aaahhhh no" . I asked him again and his response was the same "aaaahhhh no" . Eventually he called back and said he was bringing us the ashtray. He knocked 1 knock and sat it on the floor outside of the room in the hallway. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very Polite and helpful staff ! Rooms very well maintained, clean and fresh !
6,0 Good
Pros: Nice location, very good breakfast. Excellent staff.
Cons: They are undergoing renovations. However they must pay strict attention to details. Our room appeared to be 90% completed. The remaining 10% can stand out and drag the room appearance and finish down. Some hallways and the elevator needed cleaning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were your typical rooms. They were suites
7,0 Good
Pros: Generally, the staff was helpful and good. Room was on the large size including a full refrigerator. Free parking. Breakfast was typical borderline Marriott. Several days following booking, I received a hotel e-mail regarding ongoing renovations.
Cons: Customer notice of ongoing hotel renovations needs to be done before booking. Also, renovations did occur outside the time frame noted by the hotel and I did mention this to staff. Exiting the hotel toward I-81 is awful with the tractor trailer traffic.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location very close to the Turnpike exit. The breakfast was great and the staff - and even other guests- were very friendly.
Cons: There was a lot of construction at the facility. While they weren't working on the weekend when I was there, it made it a little messy. Not a big deal by any means.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room, bed and facilities were really good. Breakfast was also good. The hot oatmeal with granola ingredients to add and the plain yogurt made it perfect for me.
Cons: No complaints at all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every staff member was extremely friendly as well as caring and was there to assist at all times.
Cons: I can not think of anything at all that I did not like.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Recently renovated facility. Rooms were larger than normal and the remodel did not impact size. Staff was very good. The Head of Housekeeping is super and the hotel is fortunate to have her. She warrants a pay increase.
Cons: Typical average barely satisfactory Marriot breakfast. Other competitors (i.e. Country Inn and Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn) have better breakfast. Truck traffic near this property can be a major issue as 10 minutes to I-81 is excessive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! From the moment I was greeted walking in the door, to every staff member acknowledging me with a "hello, how are you doing each time I went by them. The Breakfast was so unexpected. It was WONDERFUL and inviting. Hotel employee was
Cons: Nothing, I have not one complaint about my time at this hotel. If renting the room I had for months at a time, I absolutely would become a resident in a heart beat....

Pros: everyone was nice.
Cons: arrived 10:00 pm. Got to my room, the door was completely propped open. I informed front desk who stated that " housekeeping must have left it that way". In the morning, when I went to take a shower, water would not turn on. Was moved from king to queen.

Pros: Very friendly staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great- rooms were clean and comfortable
Cons: nothing
7,0 Good
Pros: I want more breakfast - eggs!
Cons: Nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I usually stay in Gettysburg, but decided to stay a few minutes north in Carlisle to avoid the high Gettysburg prices during tourism season. It was definitely worth the 30 minute drive! The value was far better than anything I could get in Gettysburg at that price (but then again, I couldn't find anything in Gettysburg this affordable)! The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and best of all, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I have a bad back and slept better than at home. Breakfast was simple, but filling. My family made waffles in the provided waffle iron in the breakfast room.
7,0 Good
Cons: The receptionist from the morning shift
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor house keeping, trash was not emptied daily, room looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. There is water in the corner of the room by the refrigerator. The bathroom light would only turn off for 30 minutes then turn on again. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal or toast. The hotel staff including a night manager would smoke outside near the main door so when a guest would walk in, the smoke would follow them. In my opinion this hotel is not up to the standards that a Wyndham hotel usually has.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Decent cleanliness, friendly check in
Cons: I got zero sleep, the mini frig was extremely loud, on and off the entire night, I went to the desk 3 different times, nothing was done, I had to turn the TV on so my son could sleep, between the TV and the loud mini frig, I didnt get a chance to sleep. I am extremely unhappy with my stay.

Cons: The coffee maker didn't work, they refused to fix it. The room was smaller than expected.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: It was close to the interstate. That was the end of anything nice.
Cons: Rooms very, VERY small. When I booked online it said the rooms would sleep 4...that's only if 2 slept in the bathtub. Trying to check in with an Indian gentleman, who was a nice enough guy, I just couldn't understand anything he said.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, beds comfortable. An older establishment that has had some updating recently and more is in process. I did find that it worked for my purposes.
Cons: This appears to be a working mans hotel as evidenced by the number of pickup trucks in the parking lot that weren't there on Saturday. Not a detriment, however there was no parking in front of our room but in an adjacent parking lot.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Ease of access to my room. Hotel manager very friendly and accommodating. Good location to interstate, turnpike and relatively quiet.
Cons: Too much truck traffic. Air quality a bit poor at times.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was the only hotel available within 50 miles due to a sold out concert in a nearby town. Woman at the front desk was very nice.
Cons: AC did not work in room. Outside of hotel was not clean....cobwebs in stairwells and generally run down appearance.
7,0 Good
Pros: Ok spot to stop next to the highway when travel.
Cons: could be cleaner in the room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, cheap. No frills.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Price and location. Apparently something was going on, and most places were booked. The night clerk who checked us in was polite and helpful...she saw my cane and offered us the room the key reader was broken in so I wouldn't need to do stairs, just keep from locking myself out. With 3 of us for that price, it was a no brainer. She was slammed with people checking in when I was in there, including a demanding sounding family group, so her work for me was doubly appreciated. Flowers in containers outside on the edge of the parking lot. Comfy chairs and beds, even an ottoman. Coffee maker in the room made good coffee. Enough outlets. The rooms at least seemed in the midst of a grand remodel. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Big refrigerator with freezer a BIG plus.
Cons: Towels were small, rough (which felt great on an itchy back, not so much on my legs), Only 2 towels for 3 people, but it seems standard. Bathroom itself hasn't been painted/etc, yet so it made a huge contrast with the rest of the room. (Not that I was upset, just many would downgrade it as "dirty" due to it needing paint). The outside needs painting, but I'm glad to see they are doing rooms first. Breakfast was pretty sparse. I'm not into cold cereal. However, at the price I'll go buy breakfast elsewhere.

Pros: Property was newly renovated, clean, comfortable. Compared to other properties in its class, I would say it was superior. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Cons: It's a good place if you need to be in the area for business or to visit family. Would not be a first choice for just a vacation, although it may be affordable for those wanting to visit Hershey Park, which is only 40 minutes west.

Cons: The first room they gave me smelled and had what looked like bloodstains on the floor. Their bedsheets had holes in them. The second room had toenail clippings on the floor, and the bedsheets once again had holes in them. I got a full refund and left.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The beds & pillows only! There was only 1 thin blanket on each bed, no comforters. So both blankets had to be on 1 bed to be warm.
Cons: Room was freezing when we entered it, as well as the hallway wasn’t heated. Couldn’t take off jackets in room till heat was on for some time & had to put on extra clothes to walk down hallway each time. Room should have been pro rated due to our arrival time was btwn 5-5:30a instead of full rate n expecting us to check out at 11am or pay additional fee to stay till the 14th which we checked out at 10:15a on the 14th. Originally booked rm for the 13th-14th online & that wasn’t acknowledge upon our arrival either n they attempted to charge higher then that when we got there too. Coffee was cold in breakfast area as well as worse tasting coffee I’ve had anywhere. There’s no vending machines other than one for soda. Tub drain was very poor, hair dryer only worked on 1 level & bathroom itself needed to be cleaned. There was long hair from previous guest on walls n shelf wasn’t clean to be able to trust putting any hygiene items on it. When I asked for 3 more towels, washcloths n shampoo, I only got 2 towels & 1 shampoo. Asked when they were brought them to room for toilet paper & was questioned that I had gotten some before when they expected us to check out after only being there less then 6hrs & when I said no, it was like he wanted to check the room & I was lying. Overall...very disappointing!

Pros: price and location
Cons: smell, employees, outside is a disaster, driveway is terrible,Wyndham should be embarrassed to be associated with this hotel
4,0 Okay
Pros: At check-in, the gentleman tried to charge me more than expected. Due to his minimal English ability, he tried to convince me there was an additional charge. Half the television stations worked. The toilet didn't flush properly (the bathroom was clean but very run down looking). Breakfast only offered 4 bagels and butter. No coffee (somebody emptied the container for their own use), all the juices were empty, cereal was stale and the milk at it's expiration date. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" was true unfortunately but didn't have to be so if the management simply took care of things rather than sit around talking to each other.
Cons: See what was written above.

Well done.
