Cons:Check in time is 4pm and chec out 11am We’ve reached early. One Receptionist offered us early check in at 12:30pm and finished all paperwork. Then another receptionist came in and said room is not ready and they were cleaning - which took till 3:45pm ! Food at the restaurant is average

Pros:The resort is beautiful and is definitely a nice place to stay. Great rooms and great pool, right on the front of the beach.
Cons:We stayed 5 days and they made us move rooms after two nights. They told us when we would moved they would move our stuff for us as long as it was packed into the next room. When it came time to move we had a tour all day and we had to leave our suit cases outside with the bellmen until 10 at night. Then when we did get the room we had to complain four times about the wifi not working.

Pros:The wifi was alright, not amazing. Skype calls were a little choppy. The wifi reached the pool area and green lawn area but not all the way to the beach. The hotel had beach towels, snorkeling gear, boats, and other cool gear for rent. The beach was really nice. There's a safe in the room where valuables can be kept. The air conditioning was great, and it was easy to take the bus right outside the hotel. The staff spoke English and was very helpful.
Cons:During checkin, we had a very unfriendly RBF lady check us in. The rest of the staff was friendlier, but it we did not have a good first impression. Every Sunday, every single guest is required to switch rooms for some odd reason. It was super annoying because we either had to be there at 11am - 12 noon and compromise plans to move rooms, or give our luggage to the bellhop and tip him. The restaurant served small portions for a high price with mediocre food. The hotel advertising makes it seem like there's multiple places to eat, but there's only one restaurant, a cafe, and a grocery store. You also have to use your room card to pay for things around the hotel. This was annoying when we were not able to check in until 4pm but were waiting at the hotel.

Pros:Love the location, the service, and the overall facilities. The view of the beach from my room was awesome. Everything was excellent, and for the price, it really is great deal!
Cons:Elevators are a bit far, at least from the area where I stayed on the 3rd floor, so it made it difficult to choose from walking far to using the stairs on a bad knee.

Pros:The staff was very accommodating. Location was a 10 minute cab ride to the shops and restaurants of Cancun. This could be a great place to stay since it has a kitchenette and dinning room area. We only stayed for one night but discussed this would be a great week long stay location to cook breakfast and dinners.
Cons:The crowd was very older in age and the décor in the rooms were outdated.

Pros:We really liked this resort. The facilities including rooms as well as public spaces were all kept squeaky clean. The pool area is beautiful and features a swim up pool bar that was a great spot to cool off and enjoy a frosty beverage. The beach featured powdery soft white sand that never got hot under foot no matter how hard the sun beat down on it.
Cons:Similar to a cruise ship, this Resort uses a cash less system where your room key is your credit card. It is easy to over spend when you can't keep close tabs on spending. A few delicious dinners at the Tradewinds Restaurant, a couple drinks at the bar and before you know it your running a higher tab than anticipated.
