Grand Park Royal Cancún Caribe

Staff was very friendly! Excellent clean white sand beach. Resort was clean and well kept. Amazing showers with multiple heads and room for two in the royal tower. It has everything you need but was also small enough that you didn’t need a golf cart to get around. Interesting and unique food choices. Buffet average. Loved the salad bar options.

It was inconvenient that you had to keep track of towel cards each day and you could only receive one towel per person.

The beach was fabulous, the facilities were wonderful, the employees were friendly, the time share people were not too aggressive, the shows were appreciated, the room was wonderful with a good view and liked the many loungers around.

The bed was too hard, the dinners were not very tasty (lunch and breakfast were delicious), and not enough U.S. TV channels.

The view from our room was impeccable! We could see the beach and hear the waves when our patio door was open. The staff were the sweetest and most attentive! The buffet had surprisingly great food options for it being all FREE! The servers were always catering to us and never let our drinks get empty! We made a friend, Jose Mercedes, who was our favorite server. He would bring us his own special shots called “scooby doo” and made us feel like we had been friends for years. I would recommend this resort all around. My favorite vacation so far!! And don’t forget the free entertainment shows! The staff put together fun shows and put a lot of effort into it for our entertainment. All around the staff was super sweet and happy. Great view, great staff, clear beautiful beach, tasty drinks & baby sea turtles all for FREE with the all inclusive package. Highly recommend!

Everything was good but I dont like the people in the hotel trying to sell u membership club all days and also they follow me one day hotel to street trying to sell me. That's too bad

Everything was amazing! All the staff were amazing, except check in boy. Restraunts are amazing and great service! Bell boys are super amazing and very friendly. Room service was great and loved how polite they were.

Checking in was horriable! After traveling 8 hours and having a young man that seemed very irritable and didn't seem he liked his job to much, was a little frustrating. We received nothing paper wise or conversation about things to do or any info about the resort. No towel cards, maps, agenda paper, nothing!! Just a room key. Check out was good. Thank goodness it was a different person. Not really any activities at night though.
