The AC wasn't cold enough, the room felt hot and humid. The slide door was broken they try to fix it but It was the same and the fridge didn't work either they swapped but I didn't felt like it was cooling. So I guess they need to work on the little things and keep everything running like it should. For the food, there wasn't a variety per day it was the same every day for all meals.

Pros (+) The price was the only thing appealing about this place.
Cons (-) Trash in the pool, very slow service, poor quality of windows (ratteled all night), and half the building was under construction. Not very vacation friendly for relaxing.

Pros (+) Beach and pool were beautiful. We ere only staying one night with very early departure to airport. Couldn't check in early. We're told to come back at 3pm. Room wasn't ready until 4:15. Trapped with our carrying in pool area. Son was told gym cost extra to use.
