Cons: Breakfast was minimal and not up to normal North American standards. The breakfast area was drab, dull, and poorly thought out. Any Tim Horton's puts this place to shame.

Cons: The bed sagged in the middle seemed as old as the hotel. The security was horrible - no one properly locked our room door and when told, the door wasn't latching properly, no one took the care to make sure after cleaning that the door was latched.

Cons: The complimentary breakfast was bogus. Toast and hot water is not a complimentary continental breakfast. The sitting area for breakfast was even worse and there’s hardly any room. We just opted to go to Tim Hortons

Cons: I requested 2 beds because i have 2 kids and when I checked in they only gave me 1 bed, they said we can share the bed with the kids, now i was pissed off and I wanted to have 2 beds so they want me to pay additional so I can get two beds, so i would say stay away from this place, the picture of the room are nothing like on the photos they posted

Cons: I was very disappointed , as this place had a high rating. However, room was very dingy and run down. And we had to leave a damage deposit, refunded in morning!!!! No facecloths, only one hand towel. Door lock was broken. Breakfast was mediocre. Air conditioner/heater was loud when running. Overall, would not stay again - not good value for price they were charging.

Pros: Really friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable. I had quite a big room and a really comfortable bed. The location worked pretty well for access to the university and the C-train. I didn't feel like I was paying for frills I did not need. Cons: Could give more thought to reducing environmental impact, for e.g., by upgrading toilets and showers to low-flow, providing the option of keeping towels for more than one use, and by finding alternative to single-used, disposable utensils and whatnot for breakfast. Breakfast was my least favourite part. The coffee cups are too small, the spoons are too small, and there was too little in the way of healthy options. Could at least provide brown bread, some fresh fruit and some yogurt or something.
