7,5 Good
Pros: The location was excellent, the room and bathroom nice and big. It is a charming hotel, but some areas need refreshing.
Cons: The mattress in the bed needs to be changed, I spent the night fighting gravity! Also, and because it is an old building, the floors are wooden and rather noisy.

7,1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, basic but good room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Family run hotel near the university very helpful. Spanish style decor so a little dark, but great value for Burgos.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The position and the helpfulness of the manager.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Very poor staff attitude
Cons: Electrical work with drills till 9pm
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Kept clean, that's about it.
Cons: This is one of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. This is not a 24 hour hotel and the owners/staff lock the doors at 10pm and so you have to make sure your back in time. Also leaving early, b4 10am has to be arranged with the staff. Language issues are a problem too, only two of the staff speak English and they are not always available. The single room I stayed in was very basic and the bed was uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, as i did, you might struggle with sleep, as I did.

7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was included, sufficient variety.
Cons: Behaviour of check-in staff, who carried on with conversation in Spanish without any acknowledgement of us while I (we) were waiting at the counter.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Fairly centrally located. Clean and comfortable. Modern. Parking is sometimes available on the street at no cost. Good for a business trip but not so sure for a "romantic" stay. All good and for business, I would stay there again.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: This place works well. Slightly outside of the city center, but it has some great views.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The fact there was nowhere to get a snack in the afternoon of arrival, the room wasn’t ready so we had to stay with our luggage, there was a drinks machine but no food.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, clean, comfortable, secure parking and good food.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The price of the room
Cons: The location was Ok not great and the rooms could’ve used a little more cleaning in crevices
7,5 Good
Pros: Beds were comfy, towels good
Cons: A pillar in our room, shower holder useless. Location wasn’t nice
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A good location. Just ten minutes walk to the centre. Nice modern rooms. Very clean. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism would be the breakfast menu.It was perfectly satisfactory, but more choice would be better when staying a few days. I would recommend this hotel, however. Reasonably priced, too.
Cons: Same things on the breakfast menu every day. More choice of the fruit and cereals would have been better. The orange juice was more like orange squash and very watered down.

Pros: Location was excellent, right across from the medieval wall, the setting for the medieval festival the day we were there. It was a big surprise, really got lucky. There was so much going on, people in costumes, games, market etc.
Cons: I wasn’t crazy about breakfast but my husband enjoyed it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Walk to all interesting sites and good restaurants. Very clean and comfortable - exceptional view. Friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast (extra $). I will recommend to family and friends.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is very comfortable and though on a busy road opposite the cathedral very quiet rooms. Beautiful view to entrance arch to old Burgos. Central to everything. Helpful staff.
4,0 Okay
Pros: As promised from other reviews, the view from our room was fabulous facing the Cathedral.
Cons: There was no AC in the room. We were told this was because it was turned off at this time of the year - early October - as the weather was cooler. However, this meant that there was no fresh air coming into the room which consequently was very stuffy. We would have liked to open the window, but there was a lot of traffic noise from the busy road in front of the hotel and a pedestrian crossing which had a warning which sounded similar to a dull car alarm and as this is a very busy tourest area it was going off every few minutes especially during the evening and again in the morning.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Upgraded to junior suite, stylish room, great location. Good little cafe on ground floor
7,9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy children in the early hours making lots of noise.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location close to the heart of Burgos. Great breakfast and comfortable room.
Cons: N/A
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: Unfriendly, unprofessional reception staff. Unresponsive management, threadbare carpet in corridors, dreadful courtyard outlook for interior rooms with an echo if you open the window. Overall poor customer and housekeeping services befitting a hotel of this standard.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything any AB. Staff is the best. Very helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. This was my second visit and I will be back. Great location!
Cons: All good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was just what I needed
Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Room was still uncleaned after they sent me up with a key well after 2pm. Had to come back down and wait another 20 minutes (first world problem, I know), but it seemed kind of sloppy and disorganized and the staff on the front desk were pretty grumpy both times I went down to ask simple questions. I got the feeling I was interrupting them.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location parking staff room best you can get
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff, Breakfast and cleaning.

Pros: Secure underground parking and close enough to the centre to walk to the restaurants.
6,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was only until 10am when in other 3 star hotels it was until 10.30. There were no bedside lamps in the room, only 2 overhead lights that had to be on simultaneously.
Cons: See above comments
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Fri endly receptionist
Cons: Location, breakfasts was not super. People who came in the last half hour had almost nothing to choose from.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's a whole area of new building you can sit outside and everywhere is spotless
Cons: More a local bar downstairs don't get me wrong I love that but very hard to get service
7,5 Good
Pros: Visit overshadowed by poor staff and parking.
Cons: The lady on reception (she likes wearing spiders) doesn't know how to great guests. A smile would be nice. She took ages booking me in ( much more interested in chatting to the local police). The system of parking is weird. You have to get special key from reception. You then have return key to reception ( this could mean parking some distance away from hotel). If reception is still chatting then this takes forever. You can't just pop down to get items from your car. If you go out you have to park outside first. ( In a busy city). Luckily a young lady staff member helped me. I didn't stay for more than a couple of hours before checking out. I have stayed many times in Burgos, never again here.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: This is a beautiful place with welcoming owners. Absolutely charming. Well renovated with modern commodities while still preserving the original charm of the property. Breakfast was excellent too.

Cons: The room was a little dark during daytime since it was in a patio. But since i spent most of the day out that wasn't a big problem.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was fab
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, secure parking underground was easy to access and the room was comfortable.
Cons: Our room was near the restaurant so it was noisy until midnight.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: - Location - Breakfast - An oldie but goodie hotel. Lots of fantastic paints all over the walls, great art pieces you can enjoy during your staying.
Cons: - Check in can be improved. - Parking, you have to request to the reception area to open the Gate every time you needed the car. - Parking a bit expensive.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location close to the historic centre
Cons: Could hear my neighbour peeing, no sound insulation between rooms. Stayed up until 1am because they were having a chat and it felt like they were right inside my room. Booked this hotel because it had parking but when I got there was told it was full and had to go somewhere else. No English TV channels. Remote control dirty. Emergency exit light and TV light too bright at night and couldn't be turned off. It was a nightmare. At 100 euros a night this is was overrated. Definitely more like a 3 stars
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location was central. It was very clean, room very comfortable
4,0 Okay
Pros: The room but that’s all
Cons: Lack of any concern about tourism or helping non speaking Spanish people albeit we we’re extremely polite and grateful for any assistance. The food at the restaurant was just awful and the menu in Spanish and definitely no one really cared

7,5 Good
Pros: Beautiful room, Nice breakfast, helpfull English speaking women at breakfast, beautiful building
Cons: Bad information at check in. F.e. the sauna would-be be open till 22:00 h. When we arrived at 20:00 h it was not heated. You had to heat it yourself, there was No time left for us. The room with a view had a small 1 meter wilde room. The view was a tree. The price of this room was much higher than a room without view. Very dark room because of the small window and lack of lights.

Pros: My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in September, 2019. Our room was facing to the tree-lined street by the river. Very good location - only 4 min. of walk to the Old Town. Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable twin beds. Good WiFi. We would come back to this hotel.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room was huge, restaurant was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Unfortunately the room had been occupied by a smoker before us and smelled of air freshener.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed.
Cons: Staff told me that my breakfast was not included initially. It was. Big mistake for 2 days. Next, Very large University Party began at 1:00 am right outside my window and lasted til 5:00 am. Couldn’t block out noise even with earplugs. Not what I would expect for 4 star rating!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Think Radison or Hilton (on their good basic offer level) and that is what this large hotel attempts to present you with. Slick tiles, mirrors, shiny surfaces, swish lighting and bath robes are all very impressionable. If you catch one of their "deal" rates it is a very good hotel to book. Convenient for walking into the ancient centre. Plentiful garage parking, if you are happy with the weird way it works! Very comfortable, good-sized rooms. Pleasant indoor pool. Good redevelopment of a formidable building.
Cons: Put off, somewhat, to arrive and to be told that our room wasn't ready because the hotel had been busy the day before!! What on earth is that all about for a hotel attempting to be a prestigious venue? Told at reception that we didn't need to book a table for dinner and then to be virtually told off when arriving some hours later in the restaurant (which was in darkness and late to open) for not pre-booking a table !! Large garage parking but not physically connected to the hotel so bags, etc. have to off-loaded and then carried up exposed steps to the entrance lobby. (Nb. Very little alternative parking in this busy area of the city.) Critical because the hotel is trying to position in a top league but is let down by avoidable management errors and/or oversights which irritate.

Pros: Location
Cons: Expensive, No coffee machine in room, noisy, broken hairdryer, broken air conditioner, average food, slow service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was on 2 floors which was nice. There were 2 bathroom but the drainage was a bit of an issue. The water was hot and pressure was good. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. There was a fridge available well. Was on the Camino route which was a plus.
Cons: We pretty much liked everything and would stay again.
7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent location right in the centre of the old city and only 5-10 minutes walk from the cathedral and river promenade. It's a little tricky to find as you have to drive through the pedestrian area to reach it and the instructions received took us to an exit rather than an entrance, but a local pointed us in the right direction. It has an underground garage, which is very secure, but a bit "tight" if you have a larger car. The breakfast was very good, but like most European hotels the hot dishes were limited. I suspect the Restaurant would be very good, but we were there on a Sunday night and it's not open Sunday evenings. However, there's a multitude of Tapas bars and restaurants within a few metres of the hotel. the "executive" room was more like a suite than a room.
Cons: It was a bit noisy at night. The Spanish eat late and so it doesn't quieten down until fairly late at night.
