This hotel is not equipped to accommodate their guests at all. Literally everything about this place is awful. It’s not clean, and the staff is horrible.

Pros (+) I like the fact that it was close to Knott’s Berry Farm
Cons (-) Do not stay here. The phones do not work the AC does not work. I asked for the cleaning service to not come into the room ( both in person and over the phone which I had to call the front desk with my cell phone). They reassured me that they would not clean and after a day of being out we came in to a freshly made bed. There was blood on the blanket. They said that they would bring a do not distur...

Pros (+) Location and motel has unique look n build but need lots of cosmetic things need to do .. management need to know that’s its Radisson not motel 6
Cons (-) House keeping is mess we paid for 2 night house keeper did not showed up till 7.00pm that’s after so many calls and ask to make up our room as we were going for dinner ,she refused it saying “no manager say no “ I was laughing my guts as I was mad what to say I show her that i killed one cockroach was on floor would you clean that for me n she just cleaned it and gave us fresh towels

Pros (+) The maintenance and cleaners were very nice and helpful when we needed something like a crib and extra blankets. Even the front stuff was nice but they were overwhelmed and needed more staffing.
Cons (-) Everything was broken, like the elevator and the heater and bathroom door was ajar that you can see inside. This place needs a cash infusion to be in an acceptable operation mode. The elevator doesn’t work!

Pros (+) The room inside was ok.
Cons (-) Front desk computers are out dated workers can’t do there job right. Waited almost 45 mins on the front desk due to computer freezing up. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Palm tress are dead needs trimming and there fixing some rooms but just put a piece of plywood on the door which makes it look unprofessional with broken glass. Some Elevators don’t work and the ice maker don’t work.

Pros (+) The complimentary breakfast had a great selection, the food we ordered from their restaurant was good and the pool area had a very tropical feel to it. The rooms had a very homey feel to them and very private
Cons (-) I reserved the room through Kayak and it took over 20 minutes to find my reservation. We ordered room service on our first day there and they told us to leave the dishes outside our door and they would pick them up....they stayed out there for 2 days
