Pros:Front desk guy working night shift.
Cons:The room hand no curtains, even though it had a curtain hanger. It only had some awful window blinds, which the light could pass just through. I checked in after midnight, and by the time I was ready to sleep it was 3:30 AM. However I woke up at 6:30 because the room was so lit, like i was sleeping outside. For the next 3 hours, I tried to go back to sleep but I just couldn't, since I am not used to sleeping in a well lit room.

Pros:Staff were very efficient and nice, very convenient (2 mins drive) from Knott's Berry Farm, our reason for being in the area.
Cons:Building is feeling its age, in room 204, noisy inefficient A/C and carpet felt overall sticky / tacky. Don't take your shoes off!

Pros:The great price and close location to Disneyland was the main reason for booking the room.
Cons:It looked like several low income people lived at this motel on a monthly basis. As we walked to check in several people who looked like they lived there were sitting at an outdoor table near the check in office. They were arguing loudly and cussing about something and did not seem to care. One morning around 7:00 a.m. some lady came knocking on our door asking if someone still lived in our room. I can't remember the persons name she was looking for, but she said he used to live in the room we were in. We were always looking our shoulder after this happened.

Pros:Room was nice and clean when I first arrived. Check-in and out was easy. During the day parking was good. And the hotel is right next to Knott's Berry Farm, Soak city, the Buena Park Mall, and just a 5 minute drive from Disney. Definitely a great price for the area and good hotel.
Cons:Parking got filled up at night, had to park in the back. the view wasn't anything special, it was of a dirt lot and cruddy rundown store. Maid service never came to clean the room or change the bed. We could hear everything in the room next to us at 5am. Including the persons cell phone ring, there conversation, and fighting. The smoke detectors went off randomly in our Neighbors room and our own. When checking out the guy at the desk was on his cell phone and just took the room key, he didn't bother to ask how our stay was.
