Soul rental
Pros: Easy to pick up, near my house. Friendly staff. Well priced.
Cons: The Kia Soul needed a good outside washing but the office did not do that because of its location. The inside of the car was spotless.

Pros: This rental was not available when we arrived to pick up and they had my son run all over to get a vehicle.
Cons: Budget could have the car available that was rented. Would not rent a vehicle again thru Kayak.

Pros: Clean car and came with a damage report already so I didn't get stuck paying for someone else's damage on the car

Will not rent budget again
Pros: The to young men at drop off were polite
Cons: The car was a compact not full size the man in Virginia Beach didn't tell me that by getting there early to pick up car he was changing the reservation to charge me hourly rate. Thankfully customer service honored my reservation. if I had known I would have waited 30 minutes. When I picked up car man was rude!! Car had scratches and dings every man in virginia beach didn't do a walk with me when i asked him about the scratches he said yea I know. so i took advice of another customer and took pictures so if there was a questions i had it documented

Horrible customer service!
Cons: We showed up to get the car and they didn't have anything available and told us they would call back at 2:00. They never did. Upon calling them they said maybe they would have a car at 6:00. They didn't. We contacted their corporate and everyone we spoke with was rude and unhelpful. They told us to call another location who didn't answer their phones (we tried at least 10 times). Finally, we gave up and went to enterprise. Enterprise was great, by the way!
