The experience was horriblePros:I liked nothing about it.Cons:When I went to pick up the car they were charging me a total of $488.00. When I reserved it total was only $177.00. They representative told me that Kayak is a 3rd party and that they do not honor whatever contact Kayak has offered me. I asked him to see the contact and it said no such thing.
