They need to tell you the damage to the cars before renting them so you can verify that and any damage you found. There was a chip in the glass that couldn't be seen in the underground lot till i went outside luckily i saw it and called it in. All in all was a good experience. At pickup, the girl was very nice, but the guy was a real jerk. He was very arrogant and wouldn’t even look at my phone when I tried to show them I booked a small SUV. I was charged an extra $20 late charge when I returned the vehicle earlier than I had reserved it. If this charge was going to occur for returning the car at 11 pm like I put in the reservation it should have been in the quote. There was a group at the airport at 10:15pm when I returned the car that couldn't get their car. They were calling the number with no answer. They called an hour prior to my pickup time to tell me that there were no cars available at that location. I had to Uber to the airport location 30 min away and wait in line for over 30 min for them to send me to the Avis desk.
