I rented a car from Budget. They did not pick us up from the airport on the shuttle bus as promised. They did not hold our rental car- it was given to someone else. They literally charged me for items I didn't agree to. Budget Case: 79716872 Reservation: 40238280US5 Rental Agreement: U218994193 In my recent car rental (ref 12794843 from QEEQ, searched through Kayak), I was charged $381.80 and paid in advance. The bill showed $0 due at pickup. From the vendor, Budget, I received another charge of $263 upon returning the vehicle. For refueling option and an upgrade, I had agreed to neither at pickup. The car was a "mystery car" booked through QEEQ - I had no choice in the vehicle selection, let alone on any upgrade.
