This is the worst counter for car rental. I waited over 2 hours in a long line of about 25-30 people to finally get my rental car which was supposed to be a mid size SUV and was a cross-over size. The employees working had zero sense of urgency and zero customer service skills. In fact a customer asked what the hold up was and both employees responded rudely and one threatened to walk out and then no one would get their vehicles and called all the customers rude.Reviewed Apr 3 2026

We waited in line for over 90 minutes to get the car. Staff (2 women doing their best) said there were no cars ready. How is this even possible when there are reservations? There were at least 40 people in line. A few jumped ship @ went to other car rental companies who had no lines. It was all frustrating.
